1. NO RETURN POLICY
All enrollments made through AALTEON ACADEX are final. Once payment is successfully processed,
the Company does not accept returns of course enrollment under any circumstances.
2. COURSE CHANGE POLICY
Learners may request a course change subject to the following:
– Written request at least 7 days before course commencement.
– Alternative course must have available seats.
– Completion must fall within 30 days of original end date.
– Course change allowed only once per enrollment.
– If switching to higher fee course, difference must be paid.
– If switching to lower fee course, no refund of difference.
– Processing fee of ■500 payable within 3 business days of approval.
3. RESCHEDULING POLICY
If a batch does not begin within 30 business days of announced date,
learner may opt for refund or alternate batch.
Rescheduling requests by learners must be submitted 10 business days prior to start date. Rescheduled batch must begin within 90 days of original start date.
Processing fee of ■500 applicable.
No refund of fee differences if rescheduling to lower value batch.
4. CANCELLATION BY COMPANY
The Company reserves the right to cancel or modify programs due to instructor unavailability, insufficient enrollments, force majeure events, or technical disruptions.
In such cases, batch transfer or refund may be offered at Company discretion.
5. REFUND POLICY
Refunds are only considered if the Company fails to deliver the enrolled course within 30 days of official start date.
No refunds for change of mind, non-attendance, dissatisfaction,
internship outcomes, or placement results.
6. REFUND METHOD
Refunds (if approved) will be processed to original payment method. No cash refunds under any circumstances.
7. DUPLICATE PAYMENTS
Verified duplicate payments will be refunded within 30 business days.

Enrollment does not guarantee placement or internship stipend. All placement and internship opportunities are performance-based.
